Experience built across reporting, research, operations, and client communication.
My work has progressed from customer-facing outreach and academic client projects into agency-side research, business reporting, dashboard development, and marketing operations. This page separates formal roles, functional responsibilities, team context, and target-role relevance.
HCP Associates
Tampa, Florida
At HCP Associates, I worked across data analytics, digital-performance tracking, recurring reporting, dashboard development, survey research, marketing operations, and presentation support for a multi-industry client portfolio. I began as an Advanced Marketing Intern and moved directly into the full-time Research Analyst role.
Advanced Marketing Intern
February 2025–October 5, 2025
Supported agency research, digital reporting, campaign operations, content, and client work while developing greater responsibility in field research, reporting structure, and data handling.
Research Analyst
October 6, 2025–April 7, 2026
Led recurring reporting and dashboard-development workstreams, co-owned paid-media management and optimization, led or co-owned selected research workstreams, standardized lead-data preparation, and supported client-ready analysis and communication.
Reporting, research, and operational workstreams.
Reporting and dashboards
I led recurring Google Ads and GA4 reporting and Looker Studio dashboard development across client accounts with different industries, business models, and KPI definitions. The work involved organizing reporting periods, checking account and entity context, separating unlike lead and conversion measures, identifying anomalies, and preparing visual summaries for performance conversations.
The available evidence does not establish a complete lifetime dashboard count or a measured reporting-time reduction. I therefore describe the scope through recurring responsibility, industry variety, platform complexity, and the reporting decisions supported.
Tools and methods: Google Looker Studio, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Excel, PowerPoint, KPI interpretation, and data visualization.
Business and performance analysis
I reviewed paid-media, website, form, and lead activity and translated the findings into client-ready summaries. The analytical work required careful definitions: a platform conversion could not automatically be treated as a qualified lead, and an account result could not be presented as my personal causal impact.
My role combined analysis with communication—explaining what the available data supported, noting important limitations, and helping frame the next performance question.
Survey research
My research experience included in-person passenger intercepts at Tampa International Airport and resident and worker research in Ybor City and the Westshore district.
For the airport project, I contributed individual fieldwork and completed at least 100 passenger surveys per week. For Ybor, I co-owned my project workstream and personally collected approximately 250 responses while supporting analysis and stakeholder reporting. For Westshore, I led my analytical workstream, working with SurveyMonkey and Excel data, PivotTables, charts, and presentation materials.
Project and study totals are identified separately from my individual contribution.
Marketing operations
I co-owned Google Ads campaign management and optimization while leading reporting. I also supported paid and organic campaign activity across B2B technology, education, nonprofit, hospitality, construction, logistics, financial services, security, and local-service contexts.
The work included campaign and website performance review, form-fill analysis, funding-category distinctions, email and subscriber workflows, B2B content support, and coordination across recurring client cycles.
Lead-data preparation
For Source 1 Solutions, I led a Python-assisted workflow that standardized ZoomInfo lead files for NetSuite-oriented downstream use. I worked from source-file inconsistencies and destination requirements to align fields, formats, and output structure, then checked the prepared files before downstream use.
This was data standardization and import preparation. It was not direct API integration, production ETL, or ownership of a CRM or ERP implementation.
CRM and email workflows
I worked at an analyst level with CRM, subscriber-database, and email processes involving Pipedrive and Mailchimp. The work included form-lead analysis, database and email support, and translating activity into reporting context. I do not claim full platform administration, lifecycle ownership, revenue forecasting, or enterprise implementation responsibility.
Research synthesis and presentation support
Across survey, campaign, and competitive-research assignments, I created or supported tables, charts, written summaries, and PowerPoint materials. My general client-presentation ownership was support unless a project record establishes a more specific workstream role.
The goal was to move from detailed source material to communication that a stakeholder could review, question, and use.
Multi-client coordination
Agency work required recurring attention to deadlines, reporting periods, client context, source platforms, and handoffs. I learned to maintain a consistent analytical process while adapting the output to organizations with different audiences, funding models, lead definitions, and operating priorities.
Research and recommendations in client-facing academic settings.
Florida Trend and University of South Florida
Marketing intern and academic client-project participant · Fall 2023
I contributed to a marketing plan focused on C-suite audiences. The project team conducted ten executive interviews, used the research to develop audience insights and recommendations, and presented the plan to Florida Trend executives.
The interview total belongs to the team. I do not claim that I personally conducted all ten interviews, that I solely authored the plan, or that the recommendations produced a measured business result.
Estero Council of Community Leaders and University of South Florida
Marketing consultant and academic client-project participant · Summer 2023
I conducted a social-media audit and developed recommendations intended to strengthen brand visibility and social presence for a community organization. The project identified improvement opportunities; the available evidence does not establish implementation or a measurable outcome.
Yeoman’s Topgolf Swing Suite
Team member; later marketing and events responsibilities
March 2020 through at least June 2026
I progressed from an hourly team-member role into marketing and events responsibilities. My work included grassroots business outreach, influencer-visit coordination, photoshoot assistance, email support, and social graphic design.
During a Tampa-location grand opening in May 2024, I served as a certified trainer and helped onboard team members on brand and service expectations.
This experience strengthened my understanding of frontline operations, customer context, local outreach, and the practical coordination required to execute events and communications.
