SureForms stores Contact-form submissions in this WordPress site’s database for access by authorized site administrators. The form’s GDPR settings are configured not to store IP addresses, browser details, or device details with entries.
Stored entries are configured for automatic deletion after 90 days. Authorized site administrators can delete an entry earlier when appropriate. Backup copies may retain entries until those copies are replaced through the site’s backup rotation.
Email delivery
Contact-form submissions are stored in WordPress. Email notifications, when delivered, are processed by Google through the site’s configured email connection. Messages sent directly to jamylaury@aol.com are handled by that email provider.
When a notification is sent, the email provider processes the information needed to deliver it under its own terms and privacy practices.
Analytics, Tag Manager, cookies, and consent
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand visits and interactions, including accepted Contact-form submissions. The inquiry event does not include the submitted name, email address, organization, or message.
