PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information this website may collect, why it is used, and the choices available to people who submit information through the site.

Effective date: August 4, 2026

Information collected

The Contact form may collect a name, email address, organization, inquiry type, message, and consent confirmation.

The Growth Audit form may collect a name, business email, company, website URL, primary growth challenge, advertising channels, analytics or reporting tools, approximate advertising-spend range, current lead process, and consent confirmation.

The site may also receive routine technical information such as browser, device, page, referral, and approximate location data when analytics or security services are active. Do not submit passwords, customer records, payment data, health information, or other sensitive material through either form.

Why information is collected

Submitted information is used to review and respond to an inquiry, understand the requested role or project context, evaluate a Growth Audit request, maintain site and form security, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation.

Information is not used to guarantee a response, engagement, result, or service outcome.

Form storage and retention

SureForms stores submissions from both public forms in this WordPress site’s database for access by authorized site administrators. Per-form GDPR settings are configured not to store IP addresses, browser details, or device details with entries.

Both public forms automatically delete stored entries after 90 days. Authorized site administrators can delete an entry earlier when appropriate.

Email delivery

Form notifications are sent to authorized recipients through the site’s authenticated FluentSMTP Gmail/Google Workspace route. Recipient addresses and internal routing details are not published on this page.

The email provider processes the submitted information needed to deliver each notification under its own terms and privacy practices.

Analytics, Tag Manager, cookies, and consent

Google Tag Manager and Google gtag are present on this site. SureCookie provides “Accept All,” “Only Essential,” “Preferences,” and “Decline” choices.

Before a visitor makes a choice, consent defaults analytics storage and advertising storage to denied. Necessary technologies may still operate for core site functions, security, and form submission.

Service providers and external links

The website relies on service providers for hosting, WordPress and Elementor page delivery, SureForms form processing, transactional email, security, and—when enabled—analytics and tag management. Those providers may process limited information to deliver their services.

Links to external websites, downloadable files, and third-party services are governed by the privacy practices of those destinations. Review their policies before providing information.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

You may ask what information you submitted through this site, request a correction, or ask for deletion when the information is still held and no overriding security, legal, or recordkeeping need applies. Identity or submission details may be requested to help locate the correct record and prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion.

How to contact the site owner

Use the Contact page and select the most relevant inquiry type. State that the message concerns privacy and describe the access, correction, or deletion request without including additional sensitive information.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated when forms, providers, analytics, cookies, retention practices, or site operations change. The effective date will be revised when a material update is published.

This page is an operational description of site practices and does not claim compliance with any specific privacy law. Qualified legal review may be needed for the site owner’s circumstances, visitors, services, or jurisdiction.
