ABOUT

Reporting is useful when the definitions, process, and conclusion hold together.

I work at the intersection of business reporting, research, and operations. My experience includes developing dashboards, leading recurring performance reporting, collecting and organizing survey data, preparing lead files for downstream use, and translating detailed findings into communication for clients and stakeholders.

From outreach and research to reporting and operational clarity.

My career began in customer-facing venue work and expanded into grassroots outreach, events, digital communication, and academic client projects. Those experiences taught me to pay attention to the point where an organization’s message meets a real audience: what people understand, what they respond to, and what information a team needs next.

At HCP Associates, I progressed from Advanced Marketing Intern to Research Analyst. My work combined research, digital-performance reporting, dashboard development, campaign operations, and client-ready communication across a multi-industry portfolio. I led Google Ads and GA4 reporting and Looker Studio dashboard development, co-owned campaign-management and optimization work, contributed to passenger research at Tampa International Airport, co-owned a Ybor City resident and worker study workstream, and led the analytical workstream for a Westshore study.

I also developed a Python-assisted process for standardizing B2B lead files for downstream CRM and ERP use. That project reinforced an idea that appears throughout my work: better analysis often begins before the chart, with clearer fields, consistent inputs, explicit validation, and a shared understanding of what the output needs to do.

I earned an MBA from the University of South Florida with a concentration in Data Analytics in May 2026. I am now targeting analyst roles where reporting, process clarity, business interpretation, and stakeholder communication are central responsibilities.

HOW I WORK

Five principles for trustworthy analytical work.

01

Define the metric before interpreting it

Form submissions, platform conversions, qualified leads, and revenue outcomes are not interchangeable. Before comparing performance, I identify what each field represents, which period it covers, and which business question it can answer.

02

Separate individual work from team outcomes

Complex projects involve shared methods, account ownership, stakeholder decisions, and organization-level results. I state my contribution directly and label team or project totals as context rather than personal impact.

03

Make reporting reusable

A useful report should reduce repeated explanation. I organize labels, periods, definitions, and visual hierarchy so that the next reporting cycle begins from a consistent structure rather than a blank page.

04

Document assumptions and limitations

An unresolved date, missing source export, or uncertain denominator changes what can responsibly be claimed. I surface those limits so that the report can still support a decision without overstating the evidence.

05

Translate analysis into usable communication

Technical accuracy matters, but the work is incomplete if the audience cannot understand what changed, why it matters, and what question should be addressed next.

INDUSTRY CONTEXT

Different environments, different definitions, one analytical standard.

My work has touched managed IT and cybersecurity, aviation, public-sector research, civic and economic development, independent education, nonprofit services, hospitality, construction, logistics, financial services, perimeter security, B2B technology, and local events and venue operations.

I do not claim equal depth in every field. The value of that breadth is the need to learn each organization’s operating context quickly, distinguish its measures from those used elsewhere, and adapt reporting without losing consistency or attribution.

NEXT ROLE

Building from reporting and research into broader analytical responsibility.

I am targeting the following role families:

I am also considering junior Business Systems Analyst, CRM Systems Analyst, and Implementation Analyst roles when the actual responsibilities align with my experience in reporting, process standardization, field mapping, lead workflows, and stakeholder communication.

These are target roles, not titles I claim to have held. My established experience is strongest in dashboards, performance reporting, survey research, marketing operations, lead-data preparation, and analytical communication. SQL, formal data modeling, requirements elicitation, UAT, and systems implementation remain developing areas.
