HCP ASSOCIATES · REPORTING & PAID MEDIA

Client reporting and paid-media work.

I led Looker Studio, Google Ads and GA4 reporting across HCP Associates’ client portfolio and shared campaign management and optimization with colleagues. The accounts ranged from managed IT and heavy-haul transportation to school enrollment, construction and nonprofit fundraising.

PROJECT CONTEXT

Different clients, different reporting questions

For B2B technology and heavy-haul clients, I reviewed campaign activity alongside website form leads. School campaigns concerned prospective-student interest. Construction work involved local service inquiries; nonprofit work included awareness and fundraising.

I developed client-specific Looker Studio reports across the portfolio and prepared recurring Google Ads and GA4 analysis. Campaign management and optimization were shared with HCP colleagues. Client teams handled sales or admissions follow-up.

Campaign and reporting scope

These selected accounts show the range of objectives in my reporting and shared campaign work. My contribution varied by assignment; the additional support projects below are listed separately.

Additional campaign support

I also developed Looker Studio reports for hospitality and service-business clients, including Sand Key and Handy Can.

MY WORK

Reporting, analysis and campaign collaboration

Client-specific dashboards

I developed Looker Studio reports for each account’s objectives and reporting needs, bringing campaign and website information into recurring client views.

Recurring performance analysis

I reviewed campaign and website metrics, prepared written summaries, identified anomalies and contributed to optimization discussions. The work required both maintaining the report views and explaining the account activity behind them.

Interpreting lead activity

For Thatch and other lead-generation accounts, website form submissions, platform conversions and qualified leads were different measures. I kept those definitions separate when reviewing performance and preparing client summaries.

Entity and funding distinctions

Project Focus Foundation’s Google advertising used a Google Ad Grant. Focus Academy and Focus Day School campaigns were non-grant. I kept the Foundation’s awareness and fundraising activity distinct from the schools’ enrollment reporting.

REPORT VIEWS

Inside the reporting views

The report samples show acquisition, audience, page and event views alongside campaign and ad-group comparisons. The notes below explain the information those views contained.

Channel-group and source/medium views showed users, sessions and engaged sessions by traffic source.

Location, language and device views supplied context for the visitors represented in each account’s report.

Top-page charts and page-level tables showed views, users, engaged sessions and engagement duration.

Campaign and ad-group views brought impressions, clicks, click-through rate, conversions and cost per conversion into the recurring review. Interpretation depended on the account’s objectives and lead definitions.

Event views separated form submissions and file downloads from overall website activity. The client’s follow-up and definitions supplied the context for evaluating lead quality.
